Scott Hippert, President and CEO, Parents as Teachers National Center and Sabrina Jenkins, Parent Educator and former Parents as Teachers program participant from PAT/CHIP of Virginia, testified at a briefing held by the bipartisan U.S. Senate Law Enforcement Caucus.
